A utility model can be a new and useful solution of a technical nature that concerns the shape, structure or combination of an object with a permanent form.
Protection
of utility models
Utility model protection shall last a maximum of 10 years from the date of filing the utility model application with the Patent Office.
Annulment

A utility model that does not meet the statutory conditions for obtaining protection may be subject to the procedure of cancellation or expiration of the protection right.
