We provide comprehensive advisory services in the area of reliable implementation of tax obligations by entrepreneurs in the field of tax on certain financial institutions, retail sales tax and other direct and local taxes and charges. At the request of the public sector and associations of business entities from within a given branch of industry, we prepare expert opinions on the effects of planning or introducing new sectoral taxes.
We assess legislative amendments from the perspective of their compliance with the international law. We identify the risk of undertaking new sectoral taxes by business entities, mechanisms aimed to minimise given tax burdens, and we report legal loopholes in draft regulations.
We analyse the condition of a selected sector and the level of state budget revenues generated by this sector. We run forecasts regarding the level of planned and generated revenues from sectoral taxes and prepare proposals for sealing the tax system in high risk industries. We also make drafts of business strategies which ensure to keep the financial condition a given business entity at the satisfactory level.
