Managing Partner, respected specialist in the field of mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Experienced contract law expert. He advised key Polish entrepreneurs and capital groups on restructuring and investment projects.

Jarosław Chałas is an expert of the Business Center Club in the field of economic law, an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at PKPP Lewiatan and the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Krakow, and a board member of the Baltic Bussines Forum.

He was a member of the boards of many companies, incl. Member of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Zabrze Holding SA or a member of the Management Board of the International Leaders Forum Foundation. He was also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the BETFAN company operating in the bookmaking industry. For years, he has also been associated with the gaming industry, incl. he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Image Power, and the world of sports. In 2020, he advised Iga Świątek, a Polish tennis player who won the French Open and became the first Polish woman to receive the Grand Slam title in a single.

He is the author of numerous publications and many books in the field of economic law, and a laureate of prestigious awards and distinctions, incl. Personality of the Year 2016 or Top-5 managing partners of Gazeta Finansowa 2016.
